Account Violations
Violations of our guidelines may result in:
- Warning notification
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
"Policy Warning: Duplicate Content Detected" — What This Means
If you receive this email, it means our system found the same piece of content (a video, post, or other deliverable) linked to more than one SpaceLoud account. This usually happens because:
- The same post was submitted as proof of work from two different accounts
- A video you posted was re-uploaded or reposted by someone else and then submitted as their own work
- Multiple SpaceLoud accounts appear to be operated by the same person to claim the same opportunity more than once
Getting this warning doesn't automatically mean your account is suspended or that we believe you acted in bad faith — it's an automated flag meant to catch content-reuse patterns, and content can sometimes get flagged even when you didn't do anything wrong (for example, if someone else copied your video without your knowledge).
If you believe this was flagged in error, email hello@spaceloud.com and include:
- Links to the original posts on your account
- Any details that help show the content is genuinely yours (posting dates, account history, etc.)
- A short explanation of what you think happened
Our team reviews appeals individually. Include as much specific detail as you can — vague appeals take longer to resolve than ones with clear evidence attached.
