Our commitment to ensuring your music gets promoted.
Our Guarantee
We 100% guarantee that your music will be posted as outlined in your campaign. If it's not posted, you'll get a refund. It's as simple as that.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel it.
If you signed up for a free trial, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged when your free trial ends—unless you cancel before that date.
To cancel your subscription: You must cancel directly through your SpaceLoud account at Settings → Payments. Subscription cancellations cannot be made via email.
Challenges
Challenges are non-refundable once launched. Before launching, you can edit or cancel your challenge. Once live, the prize pool and fees are committed and cannot be refunded.
The 14-Day Posting Deadline
When you accept an offer or book an influencer, they have 14 days to post your content.
How It Works
- Timer starts when you accept the offer or the influencer accepts your booking
- The influencer has 14 days to create and post the content
- After 14 days, if they haven't posted, a "Get a refund" button appears in your dashboard
- Click the button for an instant refund — no waiting, no questions asked
Where to Find the Refund Button
- Go to your Dashboard
- Find the booking in your Active or Accepted offers
- If 14+ days have passed without a post, you'll see "Get a refund"
- Click it and your payment is refunded immediately
This ensures you're never stuck waiting indefinitely for content that isn't coming.
Influencer Collaborations
You ARE eligible for a refund if:
- The influencer does not post your content as agreed
- The work is not completed within the required timeframe (14 days)
- The booking or campaign requirements are not met
You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
- The influencer completes your posts as expected
- Screenshots and proof of posting are uploaded
- The order is marked as completed
SpaceLoud provides two crucial touchpoints to ensure content and creator alignment: once at the time of booking and again during the final review. Refunds will not be issued if both steps have been approved.
Resolving Issues
If you run into an issue:
- Try to resolve it directly - Use the messaging option in SpaceLoud to communicate with the influencer
- Give them a chance - Most issues can be resolved through clear communication
- Contact support - If it can't be resolved, reach out to us
