Guidelines for creating and submitting content that gets approved.

Before You Create

Understand the Requirements

Review the campaign details:

• What platform(s) to post on
• How to use the song in your content
• Any specific calls-to-action required
• Hashtags or mentions needed
• Content style preferences
• Special requests from artist

Ask Questions First

If anything is unclear:

• Message the artist through the offer chat
• Clarify expectations before creating content
• Get approval for creative ideas
• Confirm any special requirements

Creating Content

Best Practices

• Feature the Song Prominently - Music should be clearly audible
• Match Your Style - Create content that fits your usual aesthetic
• Keep It Authentic - Your audience knows when you're genuine
• Follow Platform Guidelines - Stay within each platform's rules
• Meet Requirements - Follow the artist's special requests

Platform-Specific Tips

TikTok:

• Hook viewers in the first 2 seconds
• Use trending formats when appropriate
• Keep it engaging and shareable
• Ensure song audio is clear

Instagram Reels/Stories:

• High-quality visuals matter
• Use relevant hashtags
• Tag the artist if requested
• For Stories: post at active times

YouTube:

• Good audio quality is essential
• Include proper music credits
• Create an engaging thumbnail
• Optimize title and description

Submitting for Review

Required Elements

For each platform, you must provide:

1. Screenshot (Required)

   • Screenshot of your live post
   • Must clearly show the content

2. Social Media Link (Required)

   • Direct link to your post
   • Must be public and accessible

3. File Uploads (Optional)

   • Additional proof or media files
   • Helpful but not required

4. Comments (Optional)

   • Notes for the artist
   • Explain anything relevant

How to Submit

1. Post your content on the platform
2. Go to the active booking in your dashboard
3. Click "Submit Work" for each platform
4. Upload screenshot and paste the social media link
5. Add any comments if needed
6. Repeat for each platform required

Important: Links Must Be Public

• Your post must be publicly accessible
• Private accounts won't work
• Link directly to the post (not your profile)
• Double-check the link works before submitting

After Submission

The 48-Hour Timer

When you submit work for ALL platforms:

1. Offer status changes to "Final Review"
2. A 48-hour timer starts
3. Both you and the artist receive emails
4. If artist doesn't review in 48 hours → auto-approved and you get paid!

This ensures you always get paid for your work.

Artist Review Options

The artist can:

• Approve each platform individually
• Request Changes with specific feedback

If Revisions Are Requested

1. Read the artist's feedback carefully
2. Ask for clarification if needed
3. Make the requested changes
4. Re-create and re-post the content
5. Resubmit with new screenshot and link
6. Stay professional and positive

The timer pauses while you make revisions.

After Approval

Once all your work is approved:

1. Payment is released to your Stripe Connect account
2. You'll receive a confirmation email
3. A 5-star rating is created automatically
4. Booking moves to your "Completed" section

Payment Timing

• Released immediately when approved (or auto-approved)
• Direct transfer to your Stripe Connect
• Arrives in 2-5 business days

• Engage with comments on your post
• Share to Stories for extra reach
• Let the artist know when it's live
• Share performance metrics if impressive

• Meet or exceed all deadlines
