Claim a Missing Payment
Didn't receive your challenge prize or campaign payout? Use our self-service tool to submit a payment inquiry and we'll investigate it for you.
When to Use This
Use the Missing Payment form if:
- You won a challenge but haven't received your prize
- You completed a campaign but weren't paid
- Your payout failed or was delayed beyond the expected timeframe
- You're unsure whether a payment was sent
How It Works
- Go to Claim Missing Payment
- Select whether it's a Challenge or Campaign inquiry
- Choose the specific challenge or campaign from the dropdown
- Review your payment method (auto-determined by your country)
- Add any additional details that might help us investigate
- Click Submit Inquiry
Once submitted, our system automatically investigates the issue by checking payment records, Stripe transfer status, and your account setup. You'll receive an email with the findings and any next steps.
What Gets Investigated
When you submit an inquiry, we check:
- Challenge prizes: Whether you're listed as a winner, the payment status, and the Stripe transfer
- Campaign payouts: Whether the proposal was completed and the payout was processed
- Your payment setup: Whether your Stripe or PayPal account is properly configured to receive funds
Common Issues We Find
Stripe Account Not Connected
If your country requires Stripe (Express or Global Payments) but you haven't connected an account, payouts can't be processed. The form will prompt you to set up Stripe before submitting.
Wrong Stripe Account Type
Some influencers connected Stripe Express in a country that requires Stripe Global Payments (or vice versa). This can cause transfers to fail. We'll identify this and guide you through reconnecting with the correct type.
Payment Already Sent
Sometimes payments have been sent but take a few days to arrive in your bank account. We'll verify the Stripe transfer status and let you know if funds are already on their way.
PayPal Email Mismatch
If you're receiving PayPal payouts, double-check that the email in your payment settings matches your active PayPal account.
Quick Access
You can also find the missing payment form from your Settings > Payments page — look for the "Missing a payment?" banner.
Response Time
Most inquiries are investigated automatically within minutes. If the issue requires manual review, our team will follow up via email within 24 hours.
