Applying Discounts & Promo Codes

SpaceLoud supports promo codes that reduce what you pay when you book an influencer or accept an offer. This guide covers where to enter codes, how to activate your Pro subscriber discount, and how to use your Symphonic partner discount.

Where Promo Codes Are Applied

Promo codes are entered at checkout — the moment you're about to pay for a collaboration:

• Booking an influencer directly (Book Now): In the booking drawer, below your offer amount, click "Have a promo code?"
• Accepting an incoming offer: In the offer review drawer, above the accept button, click "Have a promo code?"

Type your code, click Apply, and the discount is calculated instantly. You'll see exactly how much you're saving before you confirm the payment. To remove an applied code, click the X next to it.

Note: Promo codes apply to campaign and booking payments, not to your monthly subscription.

Discounts don't apply to Challenges. The Pro subscriber discount and promo codes (including SYMPHONIC-10) only apply to Book Now offers and accepted campaign proposals. A Challenge's prize budget is charged in full with no discount available — there's no "Have a promo code?" option in the Challenge creation flow.

Pro Subscriber Discount (10% Off)

Pro subscribers get 10% off all Book Now offers and accepted campaign proposals. The discount requires a one-time activation:

Activating Your Pro Discount

1. Go to Settings → Payments
2. Find the "Activate Your Pro Discount" card
3. Click "Activate 10% Discount"

That's it — you only need to do this once.

After Activation

Once activated, your discount code (PRO10) is applied automatically at checkout. When you book an influencer or accept an offer, you'll see the code pre-filled in the promo code section with a "Pro Discount" badge and the exact amount you're saving. No need to type anything.

Troubleshooting

• "Please activate your Pro discount in Settings first" — You're a Pro subscriber, but haven't activated the discount yet. Follow the activation steps above.
• "This coupon is only available for Pro subscribers" — The Pro discount requires an active Pro plan. You can upgrade from the Subscribe page.
• The discount stopped applying — The Pro discount is tied to an active Pro subscription. If your plan changed or your subscription lapsed, the discount is no longer valid. Once you're back on an active Pro plan, re-activate it from Settings → Payments.

Symphonic Partner Discount (10% Off Your First Campaign)

Artists who join SpaceLoud through our Symphonic Distribution partnership get 10% off their first campaign with the code:

How to Apply It

1. Create your campaign or find the influencer you want to work with
2. When you're ready to pay — either sending a Book Now offer or accepting an incoming offer — click "Have a promo code?" at checkout
3. Enter SYMPHONIC-10 and click Apply
4. Confirm the discounted total and complete your payment

You'll also see this code in the welcome banner when you first arrive at SpaceLoud from Symphonic — click the code in the banner to copy it.

Good to know:

• The Symphonic discount applies to your first campaign payment — use it on the collaboration you care about most.
• The code is entered manually at checkout (unlike the Pro discount, it doesn't auto-apply).
• Symphonic artists are also eligible for the Pro discount — if you're on a Pro plan, activate it as described above for ongoing savings after your first campaign.
