Using the SpaceLoud Agent in Claude or ChatGPT
The SpaceLoud Agent doesn't just live on spaceloud.com — you can connect it to the AI assistant you already use and manage your promotion from there. The connection uses MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open standard both Claude and ChatGPT support, and you sign in with your normal SpaceLoud account.
Once connected, your assistant can hand tasks to the SpaceLoud Agent — "what campaigns do I have running?", "forecast a $500 TikTok push for my new single" — and the Agent does the work against your real account, with the same protections as the chat on spaceloud.com.
The connection URL (you'll paste this in during setup):
https://spaceloud-promo-agent.vercel.app/eve/v1/mcp
Connect in Claude
Works in Claude on the web, the desktop app, and mobile.
- Open Settings → Connectors
- Click Add custom connector
- Name it SpaceLoud and paste the connection URL above
- Leave the detected defaults as they are and click Add, then Connect
- A window opens asking you to sign in to SpaceLoud (if you aren't already), then shows a consent screen — review it and click Approve
That's it. The connector also carries over automatically to Claude's other surfaces on the same account, like Cowork.
Claude Code (if you use the terminal):
claude mcp add --transport http spaceloud https://spaceloud-promo-agent.vercel.app/eve/v1/mcp
Then run /mcp and choose Authenticate — the same SpaceLoud sign-in opens in your browser.
Connect in ChatGPT
Custom connectors in ChatGPT require Developer mode (available on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Edu plans, on the web).
- Go to Settings → Apps → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode
- Go to Settings → Connectors and click Create
- Name it SpaceLoud, add a short description (e.g. "My SpaceLoud music promotion agent"), and paste the connection URL above
- Choose OAuth authentication and save — you'll be walked through the same SpaceLoud sign-in and consent screen
What to Ask Once Connected
You don't need any special commands — just mention SpaceLoud in a normal request. A few examples:
- "Check my SpaceLoud campaigns and summarize how they're performing."
- "Ask my SpaceLoud agent what $300 of promotion would get me for this song: [Spotify link]"
- "Get me a forecast for a TikTok influencer campaign vs. Meta Ads for my new single."
- "What's my SpaceLoud billing looking like this month?"
- "Build a promotion plan for my release next Friday — $500 budget, hip-hop, US audience."
Your assistant passes the task to the SpaceLoud Agent, which looks up real marketplace data, forecasts, and your account before answering. Complex requests work better than step-by-step instructions — describe the outcome you want and let the Agent plan.
Spending Is Always Approved by You
The same rule as on spaceloud.com applies everywhere: nothing is ever created or charged without your explicit approval. If you ask the Agent to actually launch a campaign, challenge, or Meta Ads booking, a confirmation appears right in your assistant showing exactly what will be created and what it costs. You approve or decline it there. Declining costs nothing.
Good to Know
- You need a SpaceLoud artist account — the connector operates on your own campaigns and billing.
- On the consent screen, SpaceLoud shows the connecting app as unverified. That's expected — approve it only when you started the connection yourself.
- To disconnect, remove the connector in your assistant's settings (Claude: Settings → Connectors; ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors). You can reconnect anytime.
- Assistants typically ask your permission before using a connector's tools in a conversation — that's your assistant's own safety layer, on top of SpaceLoud's approval step for anything that costs money.
Need Help?
If the connection fails or the Agent can't see your account, make sure you signed in with the same email you use on SpaceLoud, then disconnect and reconnect. Still stuck? Start a chat with our support team using the chat icon in the bottom right corner of spaceloud.com.
